Why Retreading

Tyre Retreading is Cost Saving

The best thing about tyre retreading is that it preserves about 90% of the material damaged in worn tyres and uses only 20% of the material cost charged for manufacturing of a new tyre. Also, they have a better life on road when compared to a brand new tyre. Thus, retread is fit for all pockets saving a lot of y our money.

Tyre Retreading is Environment Friendly

Tyre Retreading is environmental friendly as well as it consumes only little energy to retread a tyre then to make a new one. By using retreaded tires, space for landfills/dump yards can be saved. A new tyre consumes 22 gallons of oil in the manufacturing process whereas retreading of tyre consumes only 5 to 7 gallons, thus, preventing new carbon emissions from being released and saving hundreds of millions of gallons of oil used for creating new tyres.

Reuse – Recycle

A tyre can be retreaded multiple times if it remains in a fine condition and it is beneficial and economical for all. Studies have shown that retreads don’t leave rubber on roads. It’s tyre failure caused by overloading, underinflating or other related problems or road hazards that cause them to wear out and produce bulk of rubber on highways.
